  5. Add the potatoes cook for 2 mins. Finally add salt and the dabeli masala.
  6. Cook for a minute and switch off the gas. Let the stuffing cool in a plate.
  7. Make small round balls from the dough. Roll 2 small thin theplas.
  8. Place the cooled stuffing on one of them and cover it with other thepla and join the edges using fork.
  9. Heat an iron tava. Place the stuffed thepla on it. Using oil cook both the sides.
  10. Similarly make the other stuffed theplas. Let them cool for some time.
  11. Cut them in to half. Fill it with a layer of fine Sev and then with spicy peanuts.
  12. Finally add some pomegranate to it. Add pomegranate seeds at last just before serving as they might get crushed and release their juice. This would make the theplas soggy!
